Quality and Design

Our Jewellery collection is represented on-line as clearly as possible, but due to the individuality of pearls and stones used there may be colour and shape variation. We believe this is part of the uniqueness of our designs.

We are unable to guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors.

Customer Service

We make every effort to ensure our Website is accurate and current. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer a similar alternative.

Price and Payment

Prices throughout the Website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server online. No credit card details are stored on our database.

Delivery, Postage and Returns

You can place your order online, by email or over the phone. Items are sent by Royal Mail First Class, or Special Delivery with insurance up to the value of 500 pounds.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state your delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

Some items of jewellery ordered from the website are handcrafted to order. We will make every effort to have Special or Bespoke Orders completed for you in as short a time as possible. However we do advise customers that if there are special requests or we need to source a particular stone for you this can take between 5 and 6 weeks.

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs and, because they have been made especially for you, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us, during working hours within 7 days, so we can replace the item. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing, refunding, or delivering another item by way of an exchange. The faulty item will need to be returned to us before we can send out any replacements.

For your own protection we recommend you use a recorded and insured postal service for any returns. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Privacy and Compliance

We take care to protect the privacy of all users of this web site.

We comply with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998.  The Data Protection Act defines the legal responsibilities of data users such as ourselves and it governs the collection, storage and use of personal data, for example, name, address and email.

By using the Website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are placing an order on this Website with the consent of your parent or guardian. We do not sell goods to children online, but we do sell childrens' goods for purchase by people over 18.
